28th Annual Waukegan Polar Bear Plunge

A New Year's Day plunge into Lake Michigan co-hosted by the Waukegan Park District and the City of Waukegan, with proceeds supporting Special Recreation Services of Northern Lake County. Preregistration is not open yet; on-site registration runs 9-10:45am, and the first 400 plungers get an event shirt.
